Brooke is great with my 4yo old son. She has helped with post care after grommet surgery and hearing tests.
Had a great expience here. First of all the customer service was great, I left a voice message after hours on a Thursday not expecting a call back till the next day or even after the weekend but I was promptly contacted and booked in for the next available appointment the following afternoon. I had ear pain from blockages and the audiologist (I’ve forgotten her name sorry) was so kind and accomodating. She talked me through each step of the process. Brooke is an absolute life saver! Had an ear issue late on a Friday arvo and she managed to see me asap that day! Sorted me right out
We have had a fantastic experience with Brooke and Zoe for our 7 year old. They are both very kind and patient, they take time to explain things to him in a way that he understands. Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else!
