Brooke provides a very supportive service at whatever level you need. I first approached her when what I needed was just unglamorous ear wax removal, and I have progressed to buying new top-of-the-line hearing aids from her. At every step over that two-year journey, she has been 100% supportive of what I needed with no pressure to go further than needed. It has been my pleasure to be able to reward that approach with a significant sale when such became appropriate.
Brooke is great with my 4yo old son. She has helped with post care after grommet surgery and hearing tests.
Had a great expience here. First of all the customer service was great, I left a voice message after hours on a Thursday not expecting a call back till the next day or even after the weekend but I was promptly contacted and booked in for the next available appointment the following afternoon.
