Strongly recommend you avoid this place and the owners Experienced unprofessional and unethical conduct by both the owner and his wife and still am experiencing on going issues. Ian is an exceptional audiologist. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough. He is caring, empathetic and very knowledgeable when it comes to choosing the right fit. As someone who has worn hearing aids for over 30 years, I have been pleased with all the products Ian has recommended.
This business has engaged in extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices while I was a long term client at this firm. I ended up relocating to another practice which I discovered my hearing has been damaged further her to which is suspected due to improper administration of tests While the owners claim they were friends nothing could be further from the truth as it was an attempt to help themselves to my personal property and property of a family member.
