I managed to book an appt last minute on recommendation from a colleague and I’m so glad I did! Sarah was lovely and calming as having never had it before I was a bit nervous. I was in discomfort with my ear and it had made me dizzy and nauseous and I was going out of my mind. By the time Sarah had finishing cleaning out both ears I could hear again and instantly felt relief. The procedure was straightforward, quick not painful and I will definitely be back.
