My hearing is fading & it makes it hard to hear people, television, etc. I work with the public so I need improvement! I went to Hearing Life of Great Bend, KS to be tested! I got hearing aids & can now hear! I would highly recommend Hearing Life! The staff is so professional & friendly!
The staff is friendly, and shows long-term awareness of the needs of their clients. The GB office has been, for me, accommodating, supportive and transparent in testing, programming and support. The devices are not inexpensive, but the performance is solid, and reliable.
I've put off getting my hearing checked for several years thinking that I wouldn't be able to afford the cost of new hearing aids. I appreciate everything you did for me. I received my new hearing aids on 10/18/23
Provider explained everything about the process so i could understand. She was super kind and very helpful. Front desk lady was also super sweet. All around great experience. Definitely recommend!!
