If I could do no stars I would I have never been so upset in my life the worst possible front desk ladies super rude the owner comes out so I can let her know how rude they are and she responds by saying if I don’t like it I can leave! Horrible!!!!
Ear Associates Got my scans done for my ears one year ago today and my appointment has been rescheduled for the 4th time to see my reading. Front desk ladies are awful and rude and the doctor doesn't even have time to speak with you than for more than 5 minutes when he is willing to actually visit with you and not reschedule for some ridiculous reason. this place should be shut down and I am going to try to figure out how to do that do not go there
Seriously I drive 3.5 hours to be here and there gonna have me waiting another 2-3 hours just to see a person who aint the doctor that operated on me, I wanted some detailed info from my doctor that I can't get till he comes back. Very upset and waiting that long is unacceptable....
Many of the ENTs in Albuquerque are scheduling appointments 6 - 10 months out. Ear Associates was able to see me in 2 weeks. Dr. Horn was very gentle and spent extra time with me to thoroughly answer questions I had. The front desk staff were kind and professional.
