Had a microsuction ear clearance done at this clinic. The experience from start to finish was great. They were very responsive when I booked online. The doctor was meticulous and had me fixed up in no time. The lady at the front desk of the clinic was also so lovely I left in such a great mood. :)

I was looked after by Dr. Alisha Isaac Gudkar and found the service exceptional. I went in for Tinnitus. As part of their assessment, I sat in a soundproof box to test my hearing. She ran multiple tests and for each one, she explained throughly what I was going to experience. She did not rush through the assessment and then went through my results. I would recommend the service.

Exceptional service at Ear and Hearing Australia – Melbourne I had my hearing tested today and Zeila was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was efficient, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process really comfortable. Heather at the front desk was also incredibly kind and friendly from the moment I walked in. I thoroughly recommend this clinic for anyone needing a hearing test — outstanding service from start to finish.

I highly recommend Ear and Hearing, Melbourne CBD. I have attended on numerous occasions for treatment for blocked ears. The service and treatments have consistently been excellent. Zeila and Roxanna are professional and expert and Heather on reception is always helpful. Many thanks!
