Terrible company, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Roxana was extremely thorough and welcoming. It was the first time getting my hearing checked and was completely at ease in Roxana’s care. She answered all my questions (there were a lot) and helped me to understand everything I needed to. Patience is hard to come across these days but Roxana was more than patient with myself and my friend who both wanted to get our hearing checked together! I left with no box unticked and feel confident with my results.
I recently had a couple of appointments with Wai regarding getting my hearing aids working and potential options going forward. I had previously had a horrible experience at another company when i bought the hearing aids which had completely turned me off them but Wai was quite patient and rectified the problems and since then i have had a much better experience wearing my hearing aids. I would happily recommend her care.
