I appreciated the way I was accommodated at relatively short notice and for the polite and competent way that my relatively simple request was handled. However the 60 dollar charge seemed a little excessive for the short discussion and simple test on the hearing aid.
Had a very pleasant time there this morning, and very professional service.
I had a wonderful experience today at Ears and Hearing. The tests that were done today were clearly explained by the audiologist, and she provided me with helpful ways to protect my current hearing. Highly recommended.
