The eyebrow threading and customer service at this salon, ceases to amaze me. The owner is a perfectionist and takes her time to make sure you leave feeling 100% happy. I highly recommend this salon. I don’t even think to go elsewhere now:)

Been coming here since 2021 to get my eyebrows threaded here ever since they were at the westmount location, the best service in Edmonton! I’d never go anywhere else, they’ve fixed my eyebrows from the many of times I’ve messed them up. They always do a wonderful job and I always leave feeling so happy with the fast and kind service.

Five stars for everyone else! I had to take one star off because of my experience on August 16, 2025. The lady doing my eyebrows was very rough. She kept roughly pushing my head back and forth in order to thread. Is that how you treat clients? I think you can do better than that! The chair I was in did not have a headrest so it was even more uncomfortable. You can at least let me know you have to move my head, but then do it *gently* She also took a longer time to do my brows. My brows weren’t as nice as when the other three... read more

I went last week and had eyebrows threading and a facial. Nomi (Northgate branch) was amazing she stayed after hours to accommodate me and did an awesome job, will definitely be back!
