Five stars for everyone else! I had to take one star off because of my experience on August 16, 2025. The lady doing my eyebrows was very rough. She kept roughly pushing my head back and forth in order to thread. Is that how you treat clients? I think you can do better than that! The chair I was in did not have a headrest so it was even more uncomfortable. I went last week and had eyebrows threading and a facial. Nomi (Northgate branch) was amazing she stayed after hours to accommodate me and did an awesome job, will definitely be back!
I have been visiting Ealiza for years now.. I have been to every location and gotten a variety of things done. I love the quality of all the services I get and would recommend them to anyone - and I have! All my friends now see Ealiza!! Highly recommend!!

Ealiza Brows to do my eyebrows, upper lip and whole face today. I love Ealiza the store owner n manager. She's very nice and cleaned my whole face. She knows what's she's doing i have been following her for many years now and she never failed me.. She does her work very well. She also has a store in Milbourn mall I promised u I'll be happy...
