Really nice staff and managers
Eakin Properties took over for my previous management company when the building was sold, and they have by far exceeded my expectations. My principal contact is Chris Eakin, and he is very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. He has gone out of his way to make my time at Bartton Place more enjoyable and you don't get that with a lot of other property management companies. I would definitely sign another lease with them if I wasn't moving out of the area.
