I had my brakes repaired a few days ago and I am pleased with the service. Fast and efficient! This will be my new go to place for my vehicle
I visited Eakaan Automotive in Loganville for the first time with my wife’s 2021 Audi Q3. They did a full service and let me tell you it was great. Scott is super knowledgeable and very customer focused. The whole ambience was nice from the front desk all the way to the shop. My wife is super happy and you know “Happy wife, happy life”. Thanks Eakaan for making me feel comfortable and having one less thing to worry about.
Very easy people to deal with. Gave my wife's car a through diagnostic breakdown. Did not come up with a bunch of unnecessary issues/repairs... explained everything that was done & reassured that they were just a phone call away if I needed to bring it back for some reason - so far so good! I highly recommend...
