We have been this this company for nearly a year now. I am big on respect and had horrible experiences, initially. However, after speaking with our coordinator, I gave the company another chance and things were just ok. My mind was sold on leaving again simply because I felt I did not mesh with the company and customer service was not what I deemed as "good". However, I got Ms. Kanika D. She is a gem! Very patient, understanding, respectful, and has no problem communicating. I'm there for as long as she is.
Yes my wife works for them and they chipped her out of 12 hours and we when we tried to call and tell them that they messed up. They're saying that it's right when it's not.
