Terrible customer service and rude!! I called to request rate, the lady didnt even let me finish the question, said "thank you" rudely and clicked the call!
Extremely rude and had homophobic undertones of mocking my voice when I inquired about rates. The heavily accented woman was extremely rude. I would never do business with these crooks ....I would give a 0 if I could. Matter a fact a -10 stars ;)
