Will just say that their site operator, a thin bearded man working at the Green way over off of 51 in Charlotte is a rude, confrontational man, who uses foul language and abominable behavior. Avoid dealing with this company and/or people.
I would first like to start off by saying that if I could give a negative star rating, I absolutely would. Eagle wood’s employee Matthew Hovis is an argumentative, incompetent, and brash human being that should not work in ANY job that has a “customer service” element to it. He does shotty work, does not clean up after himself and left debris. I hope this is not a representation of the company as a whole, but one bad egg does spoil the bunch.
