Great NP and nurse.
I made 18 calls and left two voice messages over 5 days trying to talk to someone about refilling my medicines. Requests were made to the Eagleville Satellite office run by nurse practitioners. I finally resorted to calling the home office in Murfreesboro for Dr. Carter.Today I find out the Eagleville was closed for the week . It would be nice if they left a message on the voicemail explaining that to callers. I only got a generic message telling me to leave a message . Very unprofessional. I’ve left a review about a year ago but I wanted to come back and update. The provider at Eagleville Medical that I was seeing previously has since left and today was my first appointment with Lindsey. Once again, I have had such a wonderful experience at Eagleville Medical. Lindsey was so caring and thoughtful. She really took the time to talk to me in depth. I am so grateful to have such an amazing provider in Eagleville.
All of the staff members were very professional and courteous! I did not have to wait long and the care I received was excellent!
