Stay away! The service is the worse! They couldn't accommodate my exam in a wheelchair. There was no compassion nor apology nor suggestions for me. Simply a rude cold "too bad" and "bye bye" and MOST IMPORTANTLY: my husband was charged $80 for a Seniors Eye Exam while most others optomettists offer this service for FREE. Here again they know that and they don't care to tell us. Just "that's the price for Seniors and that's that" no compassion but another just "too bad" and "bye bye". It feels like abusing low income seniors.

Dr Unterberger is very knowledgeable in her field and combines this with fast, friendly and efficient service.
She is wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. I have taken my family to her for as long as I can remember. She explains things thoroughly and how’s above and beyond for every patient that comes through her door. She is a great assist for Cowichan Valley!
