Claudia was extremely helpful in dealing with my particular needs relating to me renting a garage at a specific location. She had a lot going on at the time and would have been entirely justified in assigning me a garage that whose location would not have met my needs. However, she persisted in her efforts on my behalf and got me what I needed. She was always cheerful and professional and never forgot my request. She is a great addition to the staff and I look forward to working with her in the future.
No parking available. There are way too many residents who are unable to park within the lines and the car limits stated in the lease are not enforced. Don't count on being able to park near your door.
