Had some steering/suspension system work done on my 2015 Honda. Rit was the representative that helped me. He was very polite, did excellent work on the car and even stayed 10 minutes after closing to allow for me to get to the shop to pick the vehicle up. Much appreciated and thank you. I Highly recommend this shop and will definitely continue to use them as my primary auto mechanics.
New to the area and Eagle Speed came highly recommended. Initial service excellent and a great price. I needed two new tires and returned to have work done. After 2 hours my car was ready. I was told their equipment was old and took time to balance. The price was good but what concerns me is if it was done right. Perhaps you should suggest or partner with a company that has the proper equipment to do tires in a timely manner. I will update review after driving on new tires for a while.
A local honest shop. In the past the dealership (about 1 year ago) advised that I needed brakes immediately as, mine were on the verge of failure. I personally did not experience any problem with stopping, so I passed. Brought my truck in for an oil change and asked if they could check my brakes. Nothing wrong with my brakes, just the dealership trying to use scam and scare tactic, because I am a woman of a certain age, or just because I'm a woman. UPDATE: I am pleased to share that an amicable agreement has been reached to resolve this issue. Despite the initial challenges documented below, I appreciate the owner’s direct involvement and their willingness to do what is right in the interest of their customers.
