A local honest shop. In the past the dealership (about 1 year ago) advised that I needed brakes immediately as, mine were on the verge of failure. I personally did not experience any problem with stopping, so I passed. Brought my truck in for an oil change and asked if they could check my brakes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eagle Speed. My mother started using them back in 1997, and when I began driving, I continued the tradition — and I’ve never looked back. Called 2/11 to make an appointment to have an already diagnosed repair completed on 2/14. I took a day off from work to accommodate this repair. Dropped my vehicle off on 2/13. Called on 2/14 shortly after 12pm for an update as I still had not even been given a final quote. Was told the mechanic would call me back. Received a call back at 2pm with the quote and 90 minutes until the shop closed with no other choice but to leave it until Monday.
