Called 2/11 to make an appointment to have an already diagnosed repair completed on 2/14. I took a day off from work to accommodate this repair. Dropped my vehicle off on 2/13. Called on 2/14 shortly after 12pm for an update as I still had not even been given a final quote. Was told the mechanic would call me back. Received a call back at 2pm with the quote and 90 minutes until the shop closed with no other choice but to leave it until Monday.
