The reception staff and other staff we dealt with were excellent. Unfortunately, our experience with the doctor was extremely troubling. We brought our 14-year-old cat, Milo, in after he vomited twice and it smelled strongly like feces. I was concerned about a blockage. We were initially quoted approximately $1,800 for testing, including blood work. Because Milo had comprehensive blood work done by our regular vet only two weeks earlier, I asked that we focus on the X-rays. which still cost ~$1200. After reviewing them, the ... read more
UPDATE: Since posting my original review, the clinic reached out to me directly to address my concerns. They offered Bailey a no-charge follow-up, saw him again, reassessed his ear and drained the hematoma. The Business Manager also followed up afterward to check on his recovery.
