Just wanted to say thank you to the team here. We took in our kitten Tuna. Had respiratory issues. The treated him amazingly and everyone was great. I don't think I could have asked for better treatment. I was actually blow away with the service. Anyways thank you guys and thank you for the work you do. Will 100% recommend. Cheers.
Very disappointed with how my dog’s care was handled. He has a known history of seasonal allergies and itching. I contacted the clinic on Saturday for his usual medication, but it took four days to receive it. During that delay, his condition worsened and his ear became severely swollen, requiring an emergency visit. Instead of simply treating his allergy, he now requires treatment for an ear infection/inflammation, steroids, and an ear wrap, along with his allergy medication. This was our 1st time there, unfortunately it was on a emergency basis, and our dog had to be hospitalized, from the arrival with front desk, to all vets @ Techs, was very organized, great communication, and many follow ups by phone. I would highly recommend this Veterinary Animal Hospital.
