Canada Day 2026. Called in to see if she could come and was encouraged to bring her right in for triage/the vet was pragmatic and real. I can’t thank you enough for listening and working with me. Highly recommend have been there twice and both times walked out surprised and relieved with a two way convo. 🐕

I can’t get over how great everyone here is. They consistently show that pet care comes first, all of the vets are good but special shout out to Dr. Pulman : my dog likes her and he doesn’t normally like anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would. This clinic misdiagnosed our dog and urged an unnecessary euthanasia. While admitted for multiple hours, we learned he had not been taken out to go to the bathroom either. We transferred him to another emergency clinic, and under their care we learned the correct diagnosis and received an extra two months of quality time with our boy. Our experience here was traumatic, deeply concerning and we are thankful we did not say goodbye to our dog prematurely and based off an incorrect diagnosis. ... read more
