This review is in response to the Visalia branch. They offer a service to trap feral cats but it is done in an inhumane way. The manager Gabe is not easy to work with. A 501c3 has been in communication with him so he can release the cats to them but he refuses. The cats are TNR'd and therefore illegal to be removed. It is suspicious that he will not release the cats to a rescue which leads me to believe there is nefarious work in play. Do not use this company! In response to the the post regarding ridgeview school. I just got off the phone with Gabe from Eagle Shield. We had made arrangements to have the cats released to me and House of Paws Veterinary Clinic and are still working on this. Gabe is fully working with us on this situation. Tracy Allen
