We rented cabin no 239 on Sept 26, 2021. First it took us forever to find it because of the one way but we finally figured it. out. The cabin was very out dated. The furniture especially the sofa is so old, the material has rotted over the years. I wouldn't sit on it. Im glad two family members didn't go because my 63 yr old niece would have had to use it for a bed and it was to nasty Theres dust all over the walls up stairs. I tried to dust some of it off but started sneezing so I stopped. The quilts are old and didn't look clean, so I didn't use them. I wished I had brought blankets I used beach towels for cover. The sheets and towels were clean. The carpets are old and raveling. The hot tub felt wonderful but it turns off and on automatic. So it wasn't running a lot of times when we wanted to get in but it was alway hot. The coffee maker didn't work and there's no ice maker or ice trays. We had to leave a day early because my niece fell at the Gatlinburg Mall and couldn't walk. The rules to what to do before leaving should be posted or text incase of and emergency like we had. I didn't get it until the day we got home but I had already did every thing it ask, like take out the garbage and make sure the dishes were clean. I put all the dirty towels together. This was the first time we had stayed in a cabin and we looked forward to it. It was not a good experience and will be the last time. We paid way too much for this cabin. Even with all this there was a young man I talked to before leaving and he was very nice.
