Although it is a new facility and seems very clean I have major concerns about communication. It is almost impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. My mother had a health concern and no one notified us, we happened to notice when we visited. I feel that they are understaffed and there is NO communication with families.
Good Lord...this place is going downhill AGAIN. Called Sunday morning at 7:15 because I was unable to get in contact with my mom. They said someone would call and let me know how she was. Well, I got a call from my mom...THE NEXT FREAKING DAY! There has been more than one time they have run out of toilet paper and paper towels, which is a joke for an assisted living facility. Things had gotten better for a while under Mr. Coles, but now I'm seeing the old patterns, and if those do return, I will damn sure move my mom elsewhe... read more
Beautiful facility Just under staffed. Need to offer a choice of entrees.
My father lives there. The place is wonderful. Not only is it bright, pretty and clean, but the staff I met are caring. He is quite happy and I don't worry about his well-being.
Beautiful facility inside and out. Need to work on having adequate staff available to the residents to assist them when needed. This is an area of concern on all 3 shifts. Would also love to see the buffet option opened up for the residents to have entree choices to choose from in order to help address not presenting alternatives for those that don't like what is being served. One entree servings pose an issue some days.
Beautiful home great staff was allowed to bring my little dog Beni to meet and great no questions asked he is a little pappillion and all the staff and residents loved him. It gives them a feeling of normal home life.. Am thinking of doing it again. Aunt Mary D. was thrilled to. death she misses her little dog. her and Aunt Francis ate such a joy.
