My dad has been a resident at Eagles Pointe since April 2025. The common areas and Dads room are always clean and smells fresh. What sets Eagles Pointe apart is the staff. We had such a wonderful experience at my grandma’s assisted living community during their Mother’s Day brunch. The turnout was huge, and it was beautiful seeing so many families come together to celebrate. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff did an amazing job making everyone feel welcome. My mom went to live at Eagle’s Pointe 5 months ago. I have never once worried about her. She has received the best care I could ask for. The staff treat her as a member of their own family. Everyone is kind and compassionate; giving extra help when needed. The rooms for each resident are of a nice size with big windows for outside views. The showers are walk-in with a seat for safety. Eagles Pointe Assisted Living is truly exceptional! From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with such genuine warmth, friendliness, and positive energy that it instantly feels like home. The staff goes above and beyond in every way, showing heartfelt compassion and attentiveness to each resident. You can tell they don’t just do their jobs—they truly care, treating every resident with love, dignity, and respect as if they were their own family.
I have toured several assisted living facilities in search of a good place for my grandmother. I was starting to lose hope until I toured Eagles Pointe yesterday. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. The facility was exceptionally clean and the staff appeared very friendly. I can say with confidence that my search is over and I’ve found the best fit for my grandmother.
