Unfair and unprofessional experience after move-out. We left the apartment clean and in good condition, yet were charged for damages that were either already present or completely unjustified. Charges like full carpet replacement came with no real explanation, and even though we had move-in photos showing the original condition, management refused to engage. Terrible move-out experience. After I left the apartment in good condition, I was suddenly charged for things like full carpet replacement and other damages I didn’t cause. I had photo proof from the day I moved in, but no one responded to my emails or calls. I tried to resolve it reasonably, but they ignored me and sent everything to collections instead. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible management. I would never recommend renting here — they’ll try to charge you for anything once you move out.
Worst apartment I’ve ever lived. Charged $4000 damage fee for vinyl replacement stuff which was already there when I moved in. Didn’t give a chance to prove and moved the case to collections immediately after first inspection check. Multiple calls and mails attempts were done but no response. I’d strongly recommend not to live in this place.
Avoid this place at all costs. Living here was fine, but the real nightmare started after move-out. The management team is completely unresponsive when it matters. Once you’re out, they hit you with unexpected charges for things you didn’t do, and then disappear when you try to get answers. No callbacks. No replies. Myself and my partner have been living here for almost a year and our lease is coming to an end. It's been great! Firstly, shout out to Mars from the office. When I drove down from Canada last year, the application couldn't get approved in time due to an issue on our end. Mars was responsive to my emails and phone calls during this stressful time, and allowed me to keep the car in front of the office until everything was ready.
