Owned by a native-american, i wanted to stay here for perhaps a year or more if the owner could compromise on a rate with me. On several occasions i tried to negotiate but the rate increased each time!! I was forced to go elsewhere, where i have given that business nearly \$10,000 in rent.I wated to support a native-american owned business but was disappointed the owner could not reduce the rate by \$50 per week in exchange for long term stable and still profitable income.
