Honestly, this facility doesn't even deserve the one star! First off we talked to a lady (the owner) on the phone toward the end of December about renting a storage unit. She happily gave us the access code to enter the building to claim our unit. She was supposed to come to our house for us to sign the leasing information; she never did.
