I only came to see Dr. Rao once back in 2021, and I won't be seeing her again. I was there for pelvic pain, and she immediately began a very rough internal exam with no warning whatsoever, after she said "don't worry, I won't hurt you." I was in excruciating pain, and not once did she ask if I was okay or if she needed to stop. She just patted my leg like I was a dog and just said "you're fine, you need to relax." I have been a patient of Dr. Shobha Rao at Eagles Landing OBGYN for 16 years. She is the kindest, most professional, thorough, most informed, caring doctor I have ever had. In 2017, while under her care, I had a mammography there at her facility and the results showed a mass in my left breast. Their office had me in the breast surgeon's office the next morning!
