Dr. Sen and his team are fantastic! His family clinic offers same-day urgent appointments, making it so much easier to see a doctor when you really need one. He’s attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients.
Emails by the receptionists are unprofessional and rude.
They take walk in patients on a schedule - told me to come back in two hours. No thank you. I’m there when I’m there because you’re supposed to be a walk in and therefore that’s how it works I need a doctor, I walk in, you register me, I wait. I don’t wait two hours.
Efficient and easy to use site. Booked appointment at 11:00 am got call back from Dr Sen at 12:30. Received quick resolution and referral for X-rays immediately. Dr Sen is a knowledgeable, professional and courteous MD. Was totally familiar with my medical history. Great doctor.
Visited this clinic as a walk-in patient at 11:30AM on a Thursday. No appointment booked before, waited in less 10 mins, and got the prescription around 11:50AM. Maybe I visited in a good time, no such 1 or 2 hrs waiting. Good staff, good doctor, just want to share this experience for your reference.
