Great place, very professional service.
Did not accept my 4 year old son. Arrived at 12:40 and was told the Dr. was not going to take any more patients. Clinic closes at 2pm. 2 patients walked in and were accepted directly in front of me. Response: Arriving at 12:40 PM for a 2:00 PM closing means your team had nearly an hour and a half left. The fact that your staff made absolutely zero effort to accommodate a sick toddler—who was already standing at the desk—is unacceptable. Can someone please change the front desk reception???? Is the reception lady there to block patient from seeing doctors??? What is the point to have reception sitting at home while the doctor is at the clinic??
I’ve been coming to this clinic for some time, and unfortunately this is no longer about one bad experience. It’s a consistent lack of compassion, communication, and patient-centred care. The physician generally addresses the immediate medical issue, but the experience feels incredibly transactional. Nearly every time I see him, I’m reminded, “I can’t be your family doctor.” I know. The clinic itself is fine, no problems there. However, the receptionist is awful. She clearly hates her job and is always nasty to deal with.
