While the staff and my doctor have always been pleasant and professional, the scheduling system at this clinic is deeply frustrating. A few months ago, I tried to book an appointment and was told the earliest availability was eight weeks out. My experience with Dr. Nakamura has been great . The staff Secretary Patricia is the worst I have ever deal with she has no manners she is very difficult - she does not care if you are sick or not she send you to an other clinic or hospital. . It does not matter how sick I’m. I'm extremely disappointed and confused by my experience. The clinic told me and advertises that they are accepting new patients, yet all of my appointments were cancelled without explanation. I took the time to fill out several forms and go through their request process, only for my 10-minute phone consultation to be abruptly rejected by Dr. Liane, and then again by Dr. Mandy.
