The administrative functions of this office inept at best. Labs are ready in two days, takes two plus weeks to have doctor sign off and upload results. (Happened to me twice). Had problem getting specific prescription, they pass you around through half a dozen people then just hang up on you. That's an hour wasted on hold. Was never resolved.
