Dr Watts has always been wonderful. His new office staff has gotten terrible. Refills take a week or more even with patient and pharmacy calling. Two different pharmacists have also complained about this. Moving Quest in to perform blood draws is also bad. They are discourteous and should do much better considering what they charge. The lab workers previously were great. They were friendly and made it great to get labs taken, now you are just pointed where to go like you are bothering them.
I have been a patient since 2012 have nothing bad to say about Dr. Watts except he has wat to much turn over in his staff, and his officer manger is a joke. I have been trying to get help from his office for 3 week in getting my insulin pump supplies. Have not any help left two messages for office manger with no response, left message for Dr. Watts no return call. When I spoke with a nurse about 8 to 10 days ago instead of help with my supplies they called in insulin for me that I already had and to make it worse it was call... read more
