Outstanding place and Traci Nichols is a great help.
Close to campus, I was able to walk to all my classes. Great rent and great layout! Really good for students or others who live in the area.

It’s a great time to live in this community. The community is convenient. Tracy is so nice. It’s smooth to move in. And the questions were answered fast.
Rented an apartment from here back in the day. Only place I’ve ever lived where I thought management was shady. Felt like they over exaggerated damage to keep as much of the security deposit, so be prepared with photos (move-in and move-out). I distinctly remember they said the apartment needed to be repainted since the walls were spoiled. I had no idea what they meant so I asked for photos.
