Rented an apartment from here back in the day. Only place I’ve ever lived where I thought management was shady. Felt like they over exaggerated damage to keep as much of the security deposit, so be prepared with photos (move-in and move-out). I lived here for two years, first year was fine. The second year I was there I started noticing roaches. Called pest control several times, they sprayed at least 4 times before telling us that the issue was not coming from our apartment and we would not see improvement unless the problem apartment was located. I made the property manager aware of this with multiple messages and was told “we spray for bugs quarterly” and no other help. ideal place for college students, location is perfect as you can walk to the campus, management is very helpful and neighbors are nice.
