My fiance and I lived at here for two years and had zero issues the entire time. Property was always super clean and quiet. The floor plan of the apartment (we had a two bedroom) was one of the best layouts of an apartment I’ve ever lived in. Barb was always a great help if we ever needed anything from her. I will always recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to rent!
In March of 2025 I moved into Eagles Landing at Mateer Farms. Apartment living was a complete change for me, however, it is I was pleasantly surprised. The one bedroom apartment is a perfect size for me. It is well maintained, and the staff (Barb and Thomas) try to deal with problems quickly as they arise. I've lived at eagles landing for three years and it gave me absolute peace.no noise quiet freindly neighbors,nothing breaking down,very nicely maintained property, absolutely loved my closet space! in the 2 bedroom i occupied.deliveries at your door,very cozy club house ,snacks and beverages always available,pet friendly, i can truly go on and on.in my first year Becky was absolutely wonderful and welcoming for my move in ,later on Barb took over and I love her dearly .she was so easy to talk to and a very good spirited swee... read more
We are having a wonderful experience living at Eagles Landing Apartments for the past 3 years. From the very beginning, the staff and management team have always been kind, professional, and very helpful whenever we need assistance. The maintenance team is always responsive and does a great job keeping everything in good condition. We also really appreciate how peaceful and friendly the community and neighbors are.
