Property is clean and office lady is nice.
I got charged 1800$ for a move out fee, my rent would fluctuate 50-100$ every now and then for "fees" if you lose your key it's not only 50$ your also screwed cause no one ever answers the phones in the office and no one's ever in the office, maintenance is ok at answering the phone but I do remember at one point I had a grill on the balcony as many people do all of a sudden everyone got letter stating "nothing on the balcony (including grills) only chairs aloud???
