I reviewed the notes documented regarding our visit today, and I am extremely disappointed—not only with how the situation was handled in person, but also with how it has been recorded. The note is very one-sided and does not reflect the full context or our efforts to cooperate. Dr. B and his staff were the care givers for my dog for over 12 years until recently when we decided that it was time for our pup to cross the rainbow bridge. It was the hardest decision my family and I have ever needed to make but Dr. B and his staff were crucial in guiding us through the process and providing support.
