I called before walking in but no one answered. I waited in there for someone to come ask me what I needed but they just seemed so busy? Not a single hello, how are you. Very poor customer service. I told her I don't have an appointment but I just came to ask if a certain color would work without bleach and she straight up told me no. I stopped by this salon to ask a quick question about a service, and I was really surprised by how rude the staff was. One stylist told me she couldn’t hear me because the hair dryer was on — fair enough, but said in a very dismissive tone. Another stylist said they do offer the service I asked about, but couldn’t give me any details on pricing and just brushed me off by saying they were booked for a month anyway. I have been going to Besa for years. I would give 5 stars but now I think the salon may be out of business - so 1 star only to get owner’s attention (if there’s anyone monitoring Google reviews). I’ve been calling for 2 weeks and have left 3 messages to set up appointment but there’s zero response. I can only surmise that either Besa no longer works there or that the place is closed. Too bad as it was a great salon. Maybe by posting this review I can get a response from the owner?/last ditch effort for communication.

Lori and Besa do a beautiful work, they listen to what service you want and discuss it with you. Everytime I have a great experience and come out of the salon happy with their services. Done highlights, haircuts, hair styling and toner.
