I called before walking in but no one answered. I waited in there for someone to come ask me what I needed but they just seemed so busy? Not a single hello, how are you. Very poor customer service. I told her I don't have an appointment but I just came to ask if a certain color would work without bleach and she straight up told me no. I stopped by this salon to ask a quick question about a service, and I was really surprised by how rude the staff was. One stylist told me she couldn’t hear me because the hair dryer was on — fair enough, but said in a very dismissive tone. Another stylist said they do offer the service I asked about, but couldn’t give me any details on pricing and just brushed me off by saying they were booked for a month anyway.
