Matt May is wonderful to work with. He is a great listener, asks pertinent questions and offers reasonable and thoughtful solutions. He gives “homework” that you can work on and practice suggested solutions to areas of improvement discussed in the appointment. He doesn’t judge and is understanding of your situation. I would highly recommend this group and specifically Matt May.
Best place I ever went to for therapy. Laura Chandler meet with be before I started to help me through my insurance issue. She was so kind and gentle working with me through this issue. I feel so greatful for her hospitality and generosity. In fact the whole team made me feel at peace with the whole situation eventhougj this was my first time in therapy. I couldn't as for anything more.
This review is specifically about the owner, Laura Chandler — I would absolutely not recommend her or her practice. Her staff botched our insurance verification, leaving us completely in the dark about costs. Although I understand mistakes happen, instead of taking responsibility and notifying us appropriately, she blindsided us with hundreds of dollars in charges without warning.
