Stayed at this property for 5 years, never had a single late rent. Left lease March 2026, Management hasn’t paid my deposit back. Its been a month (April 2026), multiple emails stating check mailed. Never expected this behavior from the property. I hope they direct deposit it before my lawyer reaches out.
Took a tour of the 350 Tonne rd building and when I walked in there was an overwhelming smell of cigarettes… I just left… not for me
Amazing place, amazing management every request is done so quickly
I really, wanted to like this place. I’ve been apartment hunting for a minute now and not sure what happened or if I have a bad impression but the property manager here left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s been 4 times I’ve tried getting an application in. Each time I was told something different. It’s not worth even explaining what all of them were I’m just upset. Toured building 350 Tonne rd and the first floor had a foul odor of cigarettes… obviously a chain smoker living there. I don’t smoke so this complex is a no go for me!
