Justin is the best. Our Escalade stalled as we were pulling into a gas station, pulling our camper. A local gave me his number. To my delight, he said he could come take a look. It ended up being something simple and he knew exactly what to look for and how to get us going again (and what to do if it happened again down the road). He refused to take my money and told me to have a good time with my family. Wouldn’t hesitate if I need services in the future.

We were traveling through Idaho Falls, towing a fifth wheel, when the engine light on my F350 diesel came on. My better judgment told me to get it fixed before going further. Only problem was this was New Years Eve and where would I find someone willing to work on New Years day. We bought a 1997 Toyota Avalon as-is with a power steering leak, oil leak, and a/c fan issue. I reached out to Justin to request an estimate to get it fixed. He worked with our schedule and let us take the car in on a Saturday. He was so thorough and transparent about the parts and labor involved for the estimate. A year and a half ago my son and I drove across country from the East Coast. And then for 4 months we drove back and forth from Idaho to Wyoming for my family to work. I had a new set of tires on my car from Toyota in Georgia one got busted they didn't honor their warranty because their were miles on the car because I drove across country. Eagle Rock Customs is my go to! Would not ever go anywhere else. Fairly priced and never had an issue after taking my car to him unlike other places. If you need anything, I will always tell you to go to them. As someone who gets stressed when an engine light turns on, what the price is going to be, and how long I am going to be without a car, Justin that owns Eagle Rock will always take that stress off me and makes sure I will be good to drive. Could not recommend them enough!
