Great location to ski steamboat. The shuttle was quick and made it easy to get there and back. Hot tub on the balcony was awesome and had great views too! Boot dryer in the garage was really cool, we could dry all our boots at the same time.

We rented house 1516, beyond disappointing for the price. There’s a long list of what I could write from the advertised items included, to the ZERO insulation across the entire home, the driveway AND garage not being able to park a standard pickup in either. Although it worked for our family during the holiday and the amenities around the facility are great (including the pool and hot tubs), we will not return are rebook here again.

Owner has a dog, but was not disclosed on listing. Place smells like dog, has dog bone carpet in entry way. Son and I immediately suffer from severe asthma attacks. Front desk offers to move us but can’t get a hold of Vacasa rep, gives up, goes home. Says “they might call you good luck.” We call Vacasa, they offer to move for $2k up charge. For health/safety issue. Scammed. Vacasa is nameless/faceless giant company and we are just a number to them. Still fighting it out with them for refund. Beyond disappointing. Stay away f... read more
