This place is very dark on the interior and very hotelish. It also has a smell upon walking in the lobby. The units are nice, some have amazing views and the best part is their balcony or some have turned them into a lanai as well, but definitely not my favorite due to the darkness and the smell.
Garbage lighting and signage. Unbelievable
Nice building but the HOA is out of control. Close to $700 a month for a pool opened two months out of the year.
