First time book with this service, and they did not communicate that they would be late, and when I had the company reach out, they stated they were 20 mins out and still haven't arrived. My scheduled pick-up was 1:45 . My daughters doctors appointment is at 3:15 and we live 43 minutes away and its now 3:03 and no one is here smh. We had to reschedule her appointment .

Today I had the pleasure of riding with a driver her name was PaSeana,very nice lady we got along really well she was on time to pick me up she called the night before I really enjoyed the ride . A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of riding with another lady from this company named Elinita Watson - People’s also very nice Lady enjoyed the conversation and she was very helpful with me getting in and out . Keep up the great work wings I would love to get this two ladies again !
