They do not work with their customers. There are no affordable options for low income families. Very disappointing that a company is price gouging families.

Information is incorrect. The recycling site has moved, no longer where it is shown on the online map. And the site is closed at noon every day it is open, Monday thru Friday ( not sure about Saturday ).

Signed up online. Brought out my trash recpeticals. Did not notify me that there was NOT an monthly payment option. Payed 50 for them to bring them out. Recived numerous calls. Called them today and said i just sent my monthly payment in. They then proceeded to tell me I have to pay yearly. Which was not clear at all online. Now i have to pay over 170 for them to pick the trash bins back up.Seems very shady to me. Easy way to get money on picking trash bins up.
