They have lost my child lenses and frames second time this year and is taking a month plus to get my kids glasses. Part of the staff is not sympathetic either and trying to help resolve or make the situation better. They just hang up the phone and do nothing.

I called for an appointment we earlier in the week and was able to see the optometrist at the end of the same week. There was a short wait before the initial exam and then I was given several eye tests with the latest scanning equipment. The whole staff was very kind and took the time to explain each part of the examination process. I met with Dr. Stewart who is very knowledgeable. I thought I’d try these guys out as they are closer to my house. I called on a Friday at 2:38 PM to make sure they were open and in contract with my vision insurance. They were, so I told them I was heading there now. Well, they close early on Fridays and were closed by the time I got there. Common customer service sense is that if I customer tells you they are heading there now, you mention, “hey just so you know we close early on Fridays so you need to be here in the next 30 minutes.” That was the first thing. They were able to squeeze me in before the end of the year! Had a wonderful experience in the office. The whole process was wonderful! Everyone was kind and helpful! I’ve found my new eye doctor!!!!
