I set up an appointment for my 16 year old and he missed some school to make it to the appointment on time only to be told they had insurance issues because they failed to do their job before he showed up. I filled out a bunch of online paper work and confirmed his appointment.I cancelled the appointment they rescheduled for him. And now they lost quite a bit of new appointments from our family. Sing Dr Peterson was very professional and kind with our 8 year old daughter who is getting glasses for the first time. They were irritation as their computer systems were not functioning. Tear occupation with us as we were taking our time trying to find the right pair of glasses for my daughter very very nice atmosphere to be in.
Went in and found out I had a cataract, said a specialist would call me,never happened,called them back and they don't know what happened,wont go back
