These guys have been so great! I knew nothing about contacts and they've been so patient with helping me understand the process. They're so kind every time!
We visited twice within two days. During the first visit, I received clear, helpful information about coverage, upgrades, and lens options. On the second visit with my husband and son, the experience was completely different. The staff member assisting us didn’t mention any upgrade options, discouraged certain choices without explanation, and didn’t clearly answer questions about costs, especially when I asked what was driving the price up. I had such a great experience here from start to finish. It was the most thorough exam I’ve had. Dr. Barney was great! He took the time to address all my concerns and educated me on things I can start implementing to improve my eye health. My appointment didn’t feel rushed. All staff there was extremely kind and helpful.
Had an appoinment here for 3 weeks, the week before they call say the Dr.Peterson had something come up,can we schedule you to the other Dr. I agreed then 3 days before they call to cancel saying that Dr. Cant see you. What they failed to tell you is that they tried scheduling you with an unacredited Dr. And then tell all kind of lies that they didnt know. The staff was so knowledgeable and nice! We had our kids with us and they were great with them as well. Very family friendly.
