Have lived here for two years and definitely has nice lots but the lot rent is unacceptable. There are no amenities other than water which is in sad need of updating and trash and snow removal. The "club house" still can not be used. We have been here two years, and it is listed on the website as being a perk. Not. Location is pretty near perfect though.
Nicely kept neightbor hood from tenants in here. Dogs are a BIG problem owners STILL allowing them in other ppls yards. Tht needs to stop. 2 ppl. Are really bad for it. One has a Sheltie and one has a Tan brownish dog tht they dnt clean up.their messes and they pee in everyone's yards
