**UPDATE**It's been over a month, still no response from Ben or his company. I would strongly advise anyone who goes through this company to read these reviews first as there seems to be a pattern with this company not returning calls or honoring their guarantee policies. It seems once Ben gets paid that's the last you see or hear from him. So our review is to contact ANOTHER COMPANY!! Would love to give a review...maybe after Ben contacts us. Ben and his crew did a wonderful job in our backyard. He was helpful in determining what our needs were, and helping us to get ready for planting this spring. They do a good job, but are not very good on follow up. I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to come back and adjust the sprinkler that they moved but never tested.
Would love to give a review...maybe after Ben contacts us. Last spoke to him on June 24, was supposed to come out on, Thursday June 25. Received a text from his office, June 25, Ben was still sick and we rescheduled for Tuesday, June 30th, text also stated "Will get that looked at for you and taken care of with whatever we need to do." We have tried calling, left a voice-mail and texting and have gotten no response. On the whole, Ben and his crew were easy to work with. Very timely and quick. They did, however miss the original date of start due to another project but that is the woes of working landscaping. My landscaping job was a fairly large refresh, with a pond makeover and landscape lighting replacement. This while having a hardwood flooring refinish and a daughter's marriage going on. Thru it all Ben was very understanding of my needs and desires of his crew.
Thank you for doing such a great job on my sprinkles! Fast service and they all work great!
