I wouldn’t recommend EagleView to my worst enemy. We’ve been waiting six months for them to replace a leaky window and a broken one that were both installed improperly during a total home renovation. They have come out 5 separate times to “measure” and each time we think they are coming to install the windows but we are told the last person didn’t write down the measurements or order the new windows. I've been trying to be patient, but I'm done. I've had a mixed experience with Eagleview. The installation team is top-notch, very professional and efficient. The sales manager, John, was great to work with also. Every other aspect of my experience with Eagleview has been a complete disaster. The installation date was delayed about 6 weeks. After sending someone out to measure our windows twice, one of them was still the wrong size and we spent a little over a month with our front window boarded up before it was fixed. BEWARE! This is the worst product/ service company I have ever worked with. Horrible service- poor quality- horrible installation. No regard for damage done to my home when installation done by contractors that don’t work for the company. Months later no one will return my calls. Never received screens for my windows, just realized windows don’t open to remove screens and clean. Just HORRIBLE. Practically ruined my new floors during their install of horribly made windows.
