I genuinely loved the PHP program the techs and providers were lovely and insightful I've never felt more welcome in a room full of people before! The out paitent program PHP was definitely beneficial I will be back at somepoint to do IOP! Thank you for your services provided!
I was in the adolescent unit during my stay for about a week. Not only was the staff unempathetic towards me and the issues I was having, but they would talk about me and other patients behind our backs whenever we experienced anything. Only one nurse there cared about us, and she was amazing, but got in trouble for accommodating the neurodivergent patients. I am severely autistic and don't do well with loud noise, and would have frequent meltdowns due to the nurses forcing me to stay in the gym even when the boys were yelli... read more
Edna is very sweet and patient with me. She was a very great assistant when I left the hospital. She is generous and she took care of my needs. Mike was super funny, he made my day every time he was there, and very knowledgeable. Elaina, very positive attitude and very funny. Brings me joy and happiness! The facility overall, was a great experience, and I’d love to come back if anything goes wrong again.
Hello. My name might not mean much to the people reading this but I am a minor who was an impatient at EVBH. My time there was not spent productively. Staff treating my needs like jokes and cutting communication between me and my guardians. Many of the other reviews under this facility also state the same struggles. I was told i would be put in a productive mental health learning space but was sent home with the basics of emotions. My fiance was in the hospital and transferred to this facility overnight after an eval made them decide he needed inpatient help. He was an involuntarily commitment by his family. The E.R. lead was very helpful in making sure I was on all his paperwork after they asked him to add me so i could be communicated with. She told me he was transferred here and even gave me the provider name of who was in charge of his treatment.
