Do not go here. Do not. If you’re looking for somewhere that actually cares about your mental health, STEER CLEAR. they don’t care about your health. They release you with a dead phone, no chance to call an uber. I made nice with a friend here and he got out before me, but guess what? When it became his time to go.. they didn’t have his meds filled or ready so he had to go without them Wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Got new staff every day. 2 workers for 20 of us. I took my friend here because they were self harming, restricting food, having suicidal ideations, etc. My friend, their therapist and I both agreed an inpatient treatment was the best option in the moment as they were a danger to themselves. When we arrived we had to wait outside for 20-30 minutes before we could even talk to anyone. The lady that greeted us was nice and accommodating so I appreciate her for that. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the Dr's, nurses, therapists and social workers at Eagle View. Our son had a recent stay at your facility and he has returned with so many good things to say about his time there. Honestly he really misses being there. The Dr's ( Katie, Spencer) , nurses (Brennan, Jessica) social workers ( Sarah and Abby) and the residents all changed somethingwithin him ! Worst place to go they tell you your getting out and then you have to wait longer for no reason after they had you sign release papers and everything then they threaten to do a 48 hour hold if you don’t do what they say. We got there at 11am to pick my father up as they planned for us to do and then we had to wait trapped in the main lobby cause all doors and bathrooms are locked you can’t even leave without someone letting you out.
