It took 3 months to get a contact prescription only sort of figured out. I was given an RX print out of my old prescription, the wrong sample contacts were ordered 2 times, She had me sample contacts in the wrong eyes and took WEEKS to get samples in for me to even try. When I started to complain because I had completely run out of my old contacts Dr Pence was defensive and rude about it. I would NOT recommend her. She takes no responsibility for her behavior or her terrible service.

Very busy but efficient full service vision care clinic in Eagle. I had a bit of a complex case but Dr Pence was abundantly knowledgeable, caring and went way beyond as did her staff. I needed a Humphrey scan, full retinal imaging and an OCT. Only place in the Vail Valley to get these advanced tests. Can’t recommend enough but with great service comes a large number of patients! Plan ahead - if you can get in!
Very unprofessional and very rude Dr.(Ann Pence) Her staff looks like their going to yell at you just for asking questions I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. No patient should be treated poorly I agree with all those people who gave her a poor review. I went in for an eye exam and got yelled at by the Dr. Simply because I had to call my mom for question about my eyes when I was a minor she said if I still needed my mommy as an adult if I knew what I was doing at her office for the medical appointment ZERO STARS
