We had three shower enclosures installed two years ago. All three of them have leaked since the date they were installed. They have attempted to repair them a few times since and they still leak. I was just told I would need to spend more money to fix them because it is not their responsibility that the tubs are installed in properly. This is a 30 year old house don’t you think someone should’ve told me that before they installed them? I was told it was not their problem.
We worked with Steve to add glass shower doors above our tub in our Condo in the Westin Complex. Within 3 weeks he transformed our average bathroom into a beautiful space. We are very grateful and highly recommend!
They installed three shower doors for us. Nice work on two of them, but they failed on the third one. The door will not slide properly, and it is hard to fathom how they could have left the job thinking that it was properly installed. Now months later and they are completely unresponsive to calls to return to fix the problem. Would not recommend.

Last spring I accidentally broke a window in the house I'm renting while weed eating. Eagle Valley Glass gave me a quote and I paid them a deposit. Six weeks later I called them to get an update and they said I never placed the order. I had to provide them with my credit card statements before they believed me. When the glass finally got installed (14 weeks after I paid my deposit) the glass was too small and while it fills the hole there is unsightly black glue all around the edges.
