Switched my entire family to this practice after I got tired of fighting with a pediatrician about how to best care for my healthy children. I really appreciate the time taken to listen to us, to ask about any other concerns, to explain any issues or concerns. Also my children really love that there is a therapy dog to help if they need a shot. I would and have recommended them highly to others!
I was supposed to get a shot I scheduled a month in advanced and they called me ONE HOUR before my appt to tell me that they don't have the shot but it's coming in that day and they would call me to come in. I don't have an entire day free to be at their will...that's why I made an appointment. I asked about what time and they did not know. Around 330pm still no phone call- so I called them back and the lady said "oh. x-office person was supposed to call you....". This really upset me. SHE DID NOT EVEN SAY SORRY! This place doesn't deserve a rating based off one bad review. All of my experiences here have been great. well...as great as going to the doctor's gets.
