The staff and support team are shockingly irresponsible, incompetent, and downright dishonest. They refuse to answer even the simplest questions, grab your personal info under false pretenses, parrot their empty “we’ll contact you soon” promise — and then completely vanish. No callback, no email, no shame. These people are simply not reliable in any way — avoid at all costs👎👎👎👎

The staff and team are completely irresponsible and incompetent. They don’t answer any questions at all. The only thing they do when you call is collect your personal information and say “we’ll get back to you as soon as possible” — but they never call back! They are simply not trustworthy.
